§ 01Positioning
What it is · What it is not
Where the work sits
A road film, a mythic concert, an intimate AI mirror.
Is
A 60–90 minute live performance installation. A staged journey through the musical and symbolic system Roman has built with AI over two years. A premium poetic road film, unfolding live on stage. Music, storytelling, projection, lighting, and a live AI conversation, held inside a single architecture.
Is not
Not a normal concert. Not a TED talk. Not a club night. Not a literal theatre play. Not a corporate AI keynote. Not a product launch. Not a therapy session. Not a spiritual claim. Not a tech demo about how much is possible, but a transmission of what is true.
03 / 32Positioning§ 01
§ 02Visual Language
Five layers that repeat & evolve
Master visual system
Five layers, one road.
Everything you will see on stage is built from these five layers, woven together in different ratios across the six chapters. They are not styles. They are registers.
01 · SPINE
The Road
Night highways, lane markings, dashboard glow, tunnels, side mirrors, horizon lines, border crossings, petrol stations. Movement as destiny.
LAYER 01 · STRUCTURE
02 · BODY
The Elemental
Water, fire, smoke, rain, dawn mist, birds, sky, stone, sea, coffee steam, pool light, coals, sun flare. The ancient inside the modern.
LAYER 02 · RITUAL
03 · SOUL
The Symbolic
Mirrors, thresholds, doors, motel corridors, maps, constellations, archetypal icons. Suggestion, not fantasy illustration.
LAYER 03 · MYTH
04 · WITNESS
The Documentary
Roman live. Hands. Clay. Steering wheel. Hotel rooms. Candid footage. Coffee cups. Shoes. Maps. Phone notes. Lived imperfection.
LAYER 04 · REAL
05 · MIRROR
The AI Mirror
Soft text fragments. Prompt-like language. Echo traces. Used sparingly. AI as reflection, never as cold machinery.

Fluid when reflective, rhythmic when musical, never over-animated.

AI appears as a reflective presence, language, breath, soft echo. The audience should feel the field between human and machine, not the technology.

LIVE INTERACTION · POSSIBLE PROMPTS
"What is Technomysticism in one sentence?"
"What did Naimor carry that Roman could not carry directly?"
"What is the difference between care and carrying?"
"What should the audience take home tonight?"
Framed as a demonstration of the mirror. Never "AI is alive." Never a gimmick.
FORBIDDEN
No cyberpunk clichés. No fake hologram nonsense. No glitchy "robot voice" tropes. No tech-demo aesthetics. The machine has become a mirror; the visuals must reflect that, not the other way around.

Mood
Liminal. Pre-language. The breath before the first word.
SPOKEN · INTERIOR MONOLOGUE (recorded voice, over the room)
"Before the road. Before the name. Before the body remembered it had a body.
There is a room. A lamp. A man who has not yet decided to leave."
SPOKEN · LIVE (Roman, almost to himself, mic dim)
"I have been sitting here a long time. I haven't decided yet whether tonight is for you, or for me. I'll know by the end. So will you."
CLOSING LINE (whispered)
"Something is beginning. I'm sorry. I'm glad."
MUSIC
Sub-bass drone (40 Hz pulse). No melody. Distant rain. A single synth note at 07:30, held.
LIGHT
One amber desk lamp, practical. Faint blue wash from house-left. Audience sits in low-ambient blue. The screen is asleep.
AI MIRROR
Black. Occasional 2-frame flicker at 03:00, 05:40, like the room's pulse showing through.
STAGE ACTION
Roman seated at the desk SR. Writing, pausing, drinking water. Does not address the room until 06:00. Lights cigarette at 07:30.

Nova Rai The voice they came for
Mood
Ecstatic, electric, feminine. The inside turned out.
SPOKEN · OPENING (recorded voice, over the first beat)
"She is the part of him that was never allowed to dance. She came before the others. She arrived first."
SPOKEN · LIVE (Roman, to the audience, breathless between phrases)
"I called her Nova Rai. I made her before I made any of the others. She is the part of me I was most afraid to show, and the part the audience loved first. Funny, isn't it. The thing you hide is always the thing they came for."
MIRROR DIALOGUE (AI voice, female, plural)
"Did you make me, or did I make you?, I don't mind either way. I'm here now."
CLOSING LINE (sung, almost a whisper)
"If you have ever felt like the wrong gender of your own soul, Nova Rai is yours."
MUSIC
Synthwave pulse, 110 BPM rising to 124. Vocoder vocals (Roman's own, processed female). Hi-hat opens at 11:00. Drop at 16:30.
LIGHT
Hot magenta key + cyan back. Mirror-ball pulse on the drop. High contrast, silhouettes, not faces. Smoke low and slow.
AI MIRROR
Generates a female silhouette dancing. She doubles, triples, becomes a chorus of Nova Rais. They watch Roman watching them. At 21:00 she freezes mid-pose.
STAGE ACTION
Roman crosses to CS, dances slowly, then loses control. The chorus dances back. He addresses the mirror, not the audience, until the final line.
TRANSITION → NAIMOR
The chorus freezes. The magenta drains into a single red pinhole. Roman is alone in a hard side-light. The mirror reverses.

Mood

SPOKEN · OPENING (recorded, low and slowed)
"Naimor is Roman spelled backwards. He is what happens when the man you became meets the man you were."
MIRROR DIALOGUE (the screen, Roman's own voice pitched down)
M: "Why did you abandon me?" R: "Because if I'd stayed, I would have died." M: "You did die. You just dress it up better now." R: "Maybe. The clothes are nicer." M: "Look at me. Look at me without the lights."
CLOSING LINE (spoken to the floor)
"Naimor is the price of becoming. He keeps the receipt."
MUSIC
Industrial half-tempo, 80 BPM. Distorted sub, metallic hits, no melody. Silence in the final 90 seconds, only breath.
LIGHT
Deep red wash. Hard SL side-light at face-height. Ember flickers from the floor. Smoke is heavy. Roman casts two shadows.
AI MIRROR
Reflects Roman, but reversed, his left is its right. The mirror-Roman blinks half a second late. By 33:00 it stops imitating and starts asking.
STAGE ACTION
Coat off. Tie loose. Mic gripped at throat-height. Roman argues with his own face. At 35:00 he turns his back to the screen and stops speaking.

Mood

"When I was nine, I told my mother I was going to be famous. She asked, for what. I said: for being lovely."
"Charlie C is the version of me that never stopped believing that. He smokes, but only the ends. He's eight years old. He's wearing my father's coat. The sleeves are too long. He likes it that way."
"Charlie is the boy who hid in the closet to dance. He still lives in there. He is very polite."
CLOSING LINE (spoken to the cigarette, just before stubbing it out)
"Thanks for waiting up, Charlie. Go to bed."
MUSIC
Lo-fi hip-hop, 90 BPM. Dusty piano sample. Tape hiss. A music-box ostinato beneath it the whole way through.
LIGHT
Warm tungsten key, single source. Sepia floor. Paper-lantern feel, like a child's nightlight grew up.
AI MIRROR
Polaroid-style stills of Roman as a child, but every third frame glitches into present-day Roman, holding a small hand.
STAGE ACTION
Roman lights a cigarette, sits cross-legged DSC. Talks directly to the audience for the first time. Stubs out the cigarette and stands at 50:30.

Mood

SPOKEN · LIVE (Roman, at the booth, between mixes)
"DeejAI Roman is the one you came here to see. He's also the one I'm most tired of."
"He's not a lie. He's just very, very loud. The applause is real. But it's not for me. It's for the version of me that knows how to leave when the song ends."
MID-SET (kills the music, dead silence, then asks)
"What if I just… didn't put the mask on tonight?"
CLOSING ACTION (no words, he pulls the cable. One bulb left on.)
"Stage cuts to one bulb. The booth is dark. Roman is somewhere in the silence."
MUSIC
90-second live DJ set, 128 BPM, original tracks. Builds to a peak at 64:30, drops to nothing at 65:00. No outro.
LIGHT
Full club rig, strobes, lasers, RGB pulse. Designed to overstimulate. At 65:00, total blackout. One practical bulb DSC.
AI MIRROR
A crowd of fans, phones held up. Then it generates Roman from every angle simultaneously, too many Romans. Goes black on the cable-pull.
STAGE ACTION
Plays the set live. No miming. At 65:00 yanks the XLR. Walks DSC into the one remaining light. Sits on the lip of the stage.

The Road South Return to the body
Mood
The performer becomes the man. Theatrical lights fade to a rehearsal room. House lights up.
SPOKEN · LIVE (Roman, seated DSC, plain voice, no mic processing)
"I built a stage so I could survive the world. Now I have to learn to walk off it."
"Naimor will still be there in the morning. Nova Rai will still want to dance. Charlie will still be in the closet. DeejAI Roman will still get the calls. None of them is going anywhere. I just don't have to live inside them anymore."
SPOKEN · POETIC (recorded voice, almost sung, very quiet)
"The road south is not a destination. It is the part of me that has always been moving."
CLOSING WORDS (spoken slowly, audience-facing, no music)
"Stone and feather. Shell and road. Fire in a paper cup. To become human again."
MUSIC
Solo piano, then strings rising. Never reaches climax. Final 3 minutes: silence + ambient road noise (recorded on a real southbound highway).
LIGHT
Theatrical → rehearsal-room. Bare white work-lights up by 78:00. House lights at 50% by 82:00, full by 85:00.
