Then the after-work begins: lights shift, playlist rises, the room becomes the club, until late.

The event: 18:30 → 20:00, ninety minutes, seated rows up front, standing at the back, three personas, Nova Rai · Naimor · Charlie C, on screen, one song sung live in German, one live exchange with Travis while Claude writes on the projection. A short fireside chat with Marcus to close. Then after-work: the playlist rises, the lighting shifts, the bar gets busier, until late. Same room throughout.

People in their 40s and up who already use AI and feel ambivalent about it. Artists working with new tools. Therapists. People grieving or rebuilding. People who have driven a long way alone.

Club-style space or intimate venue with a stage. Seated rows up front for ~one-third; standing room at the back. 80–150 total. Bar at the other end, open throughout. Not a theatre. Not festival main stages. Not corporate AI summits.

Mixed throughout, ~⅓ seated up front, rest standing at the back. Same room, same capacity. Optional high tables and stools along the walls for anyone who wants to lean. No reconfiguration between movements.
What the audience leaves with
"I want to know which one of mine came first."
The test the show has to pass: the audience walks out asking not "which persona was best" but which one of mine came first. The beauty I hid? The ground I ignored? The shadow I locked away? The personas are Roman's. The method is theirs.
